Intellicheck Mobilisa® Benefits Overview

General Leave
Intellicheck Mobilisa offers generous accrued Paid Time Off (PTO), to be used for vacation and/or sick leave. Earned General Leave time will be accrued based on date of hire and length of service:

Years of Service
Zero - One Year
One - Four Years
Four or more Years

General Leave Time
8 days / 64 hours
13 days / 104 hours
18 days / 144 hours


Holiday
Intellicheck Mobilisa observes the Federal Holiday Calendar. The following 10 holidays are observed each year:
  1. New Years Day
  2. President's Day
  3. Independence Day
  4. Columbus Day
  5. Thanksgiving Day
  1. Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  2. Memorial Day
  3. Labor Day
  4. Veteran’s Day
  5. Christmas Day
Additionally, we offer 2 Floating Holidays to be used however the employee desires.

Everyone needs help from time to time dealing with life’s challenges. As such, Intellicheck Mobilisa is proud to provide our employees with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Your EAP provides:

Gym Membership
Healthy employees are happy employees. Intellicheck Mobilisa offers all full-time employees the option of joining the company’s Corporate Gym Membership. Employees pay $25 per month through payroll deduction with the Company paying the remainder, a 50% savings over traditional Membership Dues. Intellicheck Mobilisa also extends this benefit to the employee’s immediate family members.

Stock Option Incentive
We believe the success of Intellicheck Mobilisa begins with its employees. Therefore, Intellicheck Mobilisa offers Incentive Stock Options (ISO) to all full-time employees.

Employee Certification Program
Intellicheck Mobilisa strongly encourages the continued education of their employees. To encourage this, Intellicheck Mobilisa will reimburse employees for the cost of successfully completed certification exams.

401(k) Plan Company Match
All employees are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan offered through Fidelity Investments. Intellicheck Mobilisa contributes a company match of 50% of 6% of employee deferral. 401(k) retirement plans are an excellent means of saving for retirement, as well as deferring income which can offer a major tax savings.

Medical Insurance

Our medical and dental insurance companies are widely accepted and offer the best available coverage to our employees. Intellicheck Mobilisa pays 80% of benefit costs for both the employee and their family.

Life Insurance

The Intellicheck Mobilisa group life insurance plan provides $50,000 in basic protection to all full-time employees.

Intellicheck Mobilisa pays the total cost of this group insurance plan.  This benefit contains accidental death and dismemberment benefits.


Vision Insurance
Intellicheck Mobilisa pays 100% of benefit costs for both the employee and their family.

Short and Long Term Disability Insurance

In the event of an injury that leaves an employee unable to work, the Intellicheck Mobilisa short and long term disability plan provides a percentage of the employee's weekly salary to cover expenses during recovery.

Intellicheck Mobilisa pays the total cost of this group insurance plan.
