Littoral Sensor Grid (LSG)

Intellicheck Mobilisa, in partnership with the U.S. Navy and University of Washington Applied Physics Lab, is developing buoy types that will collect environmental and security data and use Mobilisa's Wireless Over Water (WOW) Technology to transmit the data to the shore Network Operations Center (NOC) for dissemination.

Intellicheck Mobilisa's LSG Project extends wireless connectivity from brown to blue water assets that are within Line Of Sight (LOS) by using our Floating Area Network onboard ship.

These buoys provide a high capacity, wireless networking grid to the coastal Area Of Responsibility (AOR) and Intellicheck Mobilisa is able to provide Maritime Propositioning Force Offload/Onload monitoring, in addition to being an asset to the layered harbor defense concept (extended surveillance) for Naval Coastal Warfare.
