We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to oversees the general management of activities related to Business Development and Sales globally. These activities include executing sales strategies, revenue target and financial goals management, prospecting customers, overseeing and managing formal correspondence (including RFPs, RFIs and Proposals), driving pricing strategies and models, overseeing customer relationships as they advance through the sales pipeline, leading the negotiation of contracts where applicable, transferring knowledge and ownership of closed customer accounts to Customer Experience/Account Management and representing the company and its products in industry forums. Applies deep industry knowledge to achieve sales objectives, identify trends, provide insight and analysis to sales-related decisions and to mentor the sales and pre-sales organization.

The ideal candidate will drive the growth and management of the Sales Pipeline using industry best practices, manage the RFP and full proposal lifecycle, looking for ways to improve it and to make it more efficient. You will proactively take steps to continuously advance clients through the sales cycle to optimize the closing of the sale and manage the efforts needed to close accounts in the final stages of sales cycle. In addition, you will proactively own and manage multiple high-visibility and high-touch prospect relationships, establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, and work closely with Product Development in order to provide recommendations for product enhancements/new products.

This role is also responsible for the achievement of revenue targets and financial goals, partnering with the Finance/Accounting and Customer Experience organizations to drive pricing strategies, pricing related models and their transactional application to best meet organizational goals. Must have in depth knowledge of the company’s SDLC and the details behind each phase.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) along with 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or identity verification and proven sales track record identifying and closing business, providing customer satisfaction and solutions. We look for people who have a driven curiosity to learn & understand the customers business and how our solutions bring economic value to them along with a hunter mentality with a proven ability to prospect and win new logos, strong expertise in consultative and solution-based selling methodologies and excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Must have proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gong) to manage and report on sales activities and familiarity with sales enablement tools and prospecting strategies.

Pay: $185,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
