Intellicheck and Agility Credit Partner to Strengthen Multi-Layered Fraud Prevention for Automobile Dealerships

Partnership Extends Intellicheck’s Identity Verification Reach Through Agility Credit’s Unified Credit, Identity Verification, Fraud Prevention and Compliance Platform

MELVILLE, N.Y. – October 20, 2026 – Intellicheck, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDN) (“Intellicheck” or the “Company”), an industry-leading identity verification company delivering proprietary, on-demand digital and physical identity verification solutions, today announced a partnership with Agility Credit, an approved automotive credit bureau reseller, that will help automotive dealerships detect identity-related fraud and reduce risk through multi-layered identity prevention.

The partnership brings Intellicheck’s identity authentication technology together with Agility Credit’s single platform for credit data, identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance enforcement. Automobile dealers can access credit bureau data alongside tools to verify the person in front of them and document each deal for compliance.

Fraud at the dealership rarely shows up in just one place. Intellicheck provides the front-door layer, identity verification presented before a credit file is pulled. Agility Credit then layers credit data, device intelligence, and red flag workflows on top. These capabilities are part of Agility Credit’s Multi-Layered Approach to Fraud Detection, helping dealers detect potential synthetic identities, stolen identities and credit-washing attempts at multiple points in the deal rather than relying on a single check.

“A credit decision should start with confidence in the ID presented, not just the information in a credit file,” said Bryan Lewis, CEO of Intellicheck. “Our partnership with Agility Credit puts our identity verification solution at the front of a multi-layered fraud prevention workflow. By combining our verification technology with Agility Credit’s credit, and compliance capabilities, we are helping automobile dealerships identify warning signs earlier in the process, thereby significantly reducing risk for dealers, lenders and consumers. We look forward to this partnership with Agility Credit which we expect will help us grow our automobile dealer scanning volumes.”

“Fraud at the dealership has changed. Bad actors now walk in with stolen identities and fake IDs good enough to fool the human eye,” said Darrel Schulte, Co-Founder & CEO of Agility Credit. “We are proud to partner with Intellicheck, whose ID verification is the industry benchmark, adding a critical layer to how Agility Credit protects dealers from fraud. Together, we are protecting the dealer, the lender and the consumer whose identity is on the line.”

The combined approach enabled by this new partnership is designed to help dealerships evaluate risk throughout the transaction while supporting documentation of identity checks and red flag workflows. By connecting these layers within Agility Credit’s platform, dealers can make more informed decisions without depending on any single fraud check.
